• Active, collaborative participation of all members in developing and pursuing the Collaborative’s goals, as well as in evaluation of Collaborative model itself, is required to best realize the potential of the collective impact model.

• Attendance to quarterly meetings is required. If you are not able to attend the meeting, you must appoint another staff member to represent your organization at the meeting.

• Time between quarterly meetings will be punctuated with working group meetings and other communications among Collaborative members. Other communications may take the form of telephone calls, video conferences, emails, online platform exchanges, and/or in-person meetings.

• Members who are elected to co-chair working groups will be responsible for creating agendas and facilitating their meetings, as well as for keeping documentation on progress or challenges to share with Collaborative members. Representation from working groups should be prepared to give an update at the quarterly meetings.​​
