NORTHEAST
Working Group
​​​​The Northeast Working Group is a part of the Co-Sheltering Collaborative and is established to advance co-sheltering and co-housing initiatives in the states of Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and New York City. Soon we will also be adding New York State, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Washington DC.
This ongoing group aims to foster a collaborative environment where members can share ideas, resources, and learning opportunities to support co-sheltering efforts effectively.​

Currently working on regional research, this group seeks to grow in people power to continue working towards having some of the only shareable data on co-sheltering in the Northeast region available. Keeping an eye on policy, this group aims to use this data to help influence systemic change at the state-level and beyond.
